Clients are encouraged to join me during the inspection so that I may be able to explain the inspection process, show firsthand all findings and be available to answer any questions that may arise.

My services do not end after the inspection. Next, I will use my findings to compile a detailed yet easy-to-read report using the latest software. The report will include thorough descriptions and digital photographs of all areas of concern discovered during the inspection. The report will be available within 24 hours via email directly to the client. Should any questions or concerns arise after the inspection or delivery of the report, I am always available to help in any way that I can.
